Anna has a rich background in ballet, gymnastics, and Salsa pro-am dancing, which fueled her passion for fitness and an active lifestyle.
This passion inspired her to create Barre Wellness, designed with moms in mind who want to regain their healthy form, as well as for individuals who aren't fans of traditional gyms but enjoy engaging fitness experiences.
Anna's classes are tailored to meet her students' unique needs, helping them take their fitness journey step by step.
She is mindful of previous injuries and works to prevent new ones, ensuring a safe and effective workout.

BACKGROUND
I'm Lisa, and my fitness journey has been unique. As a child, I didn't play team sports, so I found joy in walking, running, and dancing as an adult. Partnering with Anna, we've created a space for busy individuals seeking a consistent workout routine. I'm also a dog lover and enjoy cooking, and I moved to California in January 2022 to connect with others who share my passion!
